Question Incoming calls to sipgate PSTN going to straight to voicemail

Hello all ,

I've just recently upgraded to a 'proper' VOIP phone, the Linksys SPA941. I configured my 2 Draytel accounts to it without any problems and they both dial out and ring in okay. I also have a PSTN number with sipgate which I configured using the SPA941 config settings on their website and that one worked okay too... for around 4 hours and then all incoming calls were going straight to voicemail without the phone ringing. This continued until I logged into the Sipura config panel and did a fresh 'save all settings' again which subsequently rebooted the phone and now the sipgate number will ring again, but I'm concerned about how long it will last before dying again .

Anyone know what's up with it please?

I'm running XP and the router is a Netgear WGT624.

Thanks

Re: Incoming calls to sipgate PSTN going to straight to voicemail

Draytel´s customer service is terrible !! They have taken 20quid from my card not charged my account and taken a week to tell me they are not going to refund the money - I have taken the matter to trading standards and moved to SIPGATE. Don´t touch them with a barge pole.
