Hi

Anyone used either the pleo or the new imaginext 'spike ultra'? Looking for options for my 5-yr old daughter and she has cuddly toys but loves dinosaurs. Could buy her a plastic one, but something that roared would be good. Checking on the early learning centre site they have a 'spike jr' which looks ok but not great, but the spike ultra looks fantastic!

I have a Pleo. It was great until it stopped working. I got it cheap (£75 reconditioned on eBay). The neck stopped working, which was a common problem apparently. Since Ugobe went bust, another company bought them and has improved the neck and some other problems. You have to order from www.pleoworld.com and they are $349.99 plus shipping. Which I think is still a bit much.
