Calling Truphone from Voipfone

I have a standard phone plugged into a VOIP adapter plugged into my home router. It is set up to a Voipfone account. I work overseas and previously have used another Voipfone account through a softphone on my PC to call the wife at home. I have now gone to the dark side and got an iPhone. I couldn't find a way of getting a SIP client that could run my Voifone account so have set up Truphone on it. I can call from my iPhone to the home handset by dialling '3012****@voipfone.co.uk' but does anyone know what the home handset should dial to call my iPhone's Truphone?
