i seem to have a problem with sipgate.co.uk. i cant receive any calls when i phone the number it is just blank no ringing nothing on both ends but after 30 seconds it diverts to voicemail and i get message the number you are trying to reach is unavailable please leave message after the beep.

the phone does ring at all and i dont hear ringing in the mobile.

i have setup the phone to use dmz server.

i can make outgoing calls with sipgate and phone 10000 with no problems.

any ideas

this has now been resolved using the instruction at the link below, with one exception step 4 i setup phone using dmz server and not port forwarding
