Looking for some help with Voipcheap error.

I get 'Call ended. The other party ended the call due to an unknown error.'

General Error (CODE:33)

I've sent messages to support via the voipcheap website but had no response.

I've uninstalled software and reinstalled. No change.

If you can solve the mystery/problem I'd be very grateful.

I can call other voipcheap users but no landline numbers either UK or abroad

Either they reckon you owe them money, or they owe the companies they connect into money. Do you have any credit?

Yes, I have credit and it's 'in time'.

Other people I know are making calls with Voipcheap so I know it's still working but not for me.

Can anyone help with this please?
