What do i need to get a landline voicemail on a skype dualphone?

What do i need to get a landline voicemail on a skype dualphone?
I've got a skype dualphone rtx 3088 and i can get a skype voicemail which allows people to leave a message on my skype in number, or when i'm offline. However I need a seperate answering machine in order for me to get landline voicemails. I've tried a few but none of them seem to work. Anyone got any suggestions on which answering machine to get?
