Linksys Pap2t-na ring adaptor

Hi guys,

Im in need of information regarding the use to BT to RJ11 adoptor for the above mention ATA.

Now do I need a adoptor with a RING circuit buit in? I keep reading conflicting advice from google.

I guess I would be using a modern dect phone connected to this ATA,

Any help greatly appreciated

A lot of phones these days do not require the ring circuit and just rely on the two wires (A&B) to drive the telephone.

Many thanks for your help, I bought a adaptor with the ring circuit just to be on the safe side.
