TouchTones on Nokia N95 VOIP

TouchTones on Nokia N95 VOIP
I can't get touchtones when using VOIP through my Nokia N95 useiing the Nokia VOIP client. I often use VOIP for 0845 numbers such as banks etc as it is much cheaper than my virgin media home phone but with the Nokia I can't select the menu options which is frustrating. If any body knows how to get touchtones I would appreciate it - or is it just a failing of the Nokia?
