humax box and external drive

using a Humax Foxsat-HDR box, software version HPRSFCI-1.00.17, I have a number of videos of granddaughter on pc (windows 7), I have transfered them to a usb drive and pluged it into the back of my box but it gives me the message: "Cannot read usb device. the supported file systems are Ext3 and FAT 16/32. Please format the usb device to ext3 or FAT16/32 on your pc."
the drive is a 32Gb fat32 drive, I have reformatted it to ensure it is fat32 but I still get the same message, can somebody help and advise me please?

Try a different stick the box can be very fussy. You can't just copy video files to stick and play them back. You need to create extra support files.
