Samsung TV How To Enter the Engineering Menu:

Point the remote to the TV and press the following buttons the exact order (with 1-2 seconds interval):
1. Turn off the TV (standby mode)
2. Info
3. Menu
4. Mute
5. Power

You should be able to reset everything from there.

Hope this helps.

Not sure what you mean by "stopped working". Are you getting an on-screen message of any kind; are you getting any signal at all; is it just the channels that are affected, or has the EPG also disappeared?

First thing is to check that your aerial is still connected at both ends. But if that's OK, try disconnecting at the mains; waiting 2 or 3 minutes; then reconnecting - then carry out a "First Time Installation" which you should find on the settings menu.

Check you havent pressed the tv/dtv button on the remote. Tv means analogue, DTV is freeview.

Many thanks

When I selected DTV nothing happened and could not receive any digital channels. I performed the reset (info-menu-mute) and now everything is working fine. Much appreciated! Many thanks....
