Sony Bravia KDL-32V5500 with built in Freesat

I have recently purchased a Sony Bravia KDL-32V5500 with built in freeview.

I have a sky box and watch free-to-air but would like to watch the freeview programmes as you get more choice.

Does anyone know I should configure the TV to view freeview channels ?

Plug in an aerial and read the manual that came with the TV!
