Hi! I live in Spain and have not yet learned spanish so am a little cut-off here when it comes to getting advice in this space. I am about to buy a whole new system... TV, AV Receiver, Blu-Ray, Satellite HD from Canal+ but am stumped on the last piece - the HDD to store my music, DIVx, Photos and to record TV programs on. In Spain there is freeview TV that is called "TDT" here and it needs a decoder box. Is there a good device that decodes and can record too? i need it to be able to connect to a PC so i can put all my music and photos etc on it (preferably wirelessly) and also to move stuff on and of it as i need to. Any advice? for wiring reasons i cannot use the TDT decoder that will be in the new TV i buy...not enough room in the tubes for all the cables...the TV is 5M away on the wall

I saw the NPG DTR 506C-PVR which is a TDT decoder in AKI (Torrevieja, Habaneras) €29.95 and it states that you can play/record to external devices including SD cards and USB connected external HD. May be worth investigating to see if it meets your needs. Check the specs Googling.
