I've just installed a Humax PVR for my parents and no matter what I do I can't get the channel list in the correct order. After auto tuning it lists BBC1, BBC2 and then goes to three channels beginning with "7" and the goes to channel 3, 4 5 etc, and all is fine.

I've found the sort option on the menu to sort either numerically or alphanumeric but regardless of the setting the "7" channels always come after BBC2.

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

Try a 'Restore to Factory Pre-Sets' (in the Installation menu) and then rescan for channels.

This appears to cure the problem in most cases
