My mother has a HUMAX PVR-9200T and has forgotten the password to get into the system menu needed to re-tune it. I have tried '0000' and a few other possible variations without success. Can anyone out there tell me how to reset the password back to its '0000' default setting?

There is a sequence of colur button presses that will reset it.

Go to the following menu: MENU - SYSTEM - STATUS

Now press the following buttons on the Remote control:

RED
GREEN
YELLOW
BLUE
YELLOW
GREEN
RED

Select option 2 for Password Reset.

Press OK to confirm Reset and the password will now be 0000.
