Freeview signal interference problem

I had a Samsung 32" in my living room. I had to get a signal booster/amplifier so that I could get all the available freeview channels. No more problems.

A couple of weeks I decided to buy a new plasma TV and got an LG 42PQ6000. Still need to use the booster to get channels. The problem im having is that usually in the mornings (around 6:45-9am), every now and again the picture on the screen will go blocky (slightly glitchy) then the screen will go black for a couple of seconds (sometimes see the No Signal message) then will return as normal. It does this randomly and usually on ITV + ITV2, Channel 4 etc. Watching the TV at night is fine on all channels!

Im not sure if it is the aerial because I would experience this problem at night wouldn't I? Aerial is outside on the roof. I also get the same problem with poor signal quality when its really bad weather.

Any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it? What I dont understand is how i never experienced this with the old tv.
