Humax Freesat box shows time when switched off...

Not a big problem, but when I switch off my Freesat HD box, it usually leaves a red LED only which is what I want. But sometimes, it displays the time as well which I don't want. How can I stop it from displaying the time?
As far as I can tell, displaying the time or just the LED is random.
TIA
Maurice

I had the same problem.
As Graham says it happens if you reserve a program.

grahamlthompson and col996s-
Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not it. I checked the reserved programmes list ('Schedule') and it's empty.
Any other ideas?
TIA

Check that power saving in sby is turned on
Check auto power on is disabled

If the above OK
Try a factory reset

"Check that power saving in sby is turned on"
