Lost programme guide Foxsat HDR

Help! I seem to have lost the programme guide, just gone to record something and all times and channels are blank. I get a message in the top right hand corner saying "receiving programme information" for about 10 seconds then nothing, still no guide. Could it be because we turn off at the plug at night? I'm wondering if I may have to do a factory reset. All suggestions gratefully received.

It's not your fault the problem showed up a couple of days ago and someone found out that a freesat channel scan solved it. The channels added and removed yesterday caused an auto scan and at the same time fixed the problem.
