Help - have tried to download fortec star new download for ITV HD and channel4 HD, but the receiver screen has locked on "loader V14" and will not turn off or on via the remote, and we are unable to view anything at all. Please help!!

What new download? What version number? There is nothing on the Fortec Star website nor on Sataid. And anyway CH HD is encrypted so needs a CAM and Sky card.
