Which receiver or sat pc card for BBCi streams?

Which receiver or sat pc card for BBCi streams?
I am looking for a very cheap solution that could lead to viewing BBCi 0-6 streams.
If you have anything to recommend, I'd be grateful.
I read that not all FtA receivers can get them...
I can't access them via my sky box so the red button of sky box is not an option...
