I have just installed my Foxsat HDR for the first time. Everything went swimmingly except for the fact that BBC3 & 4 show up as being scrambled and not available.

Has anyone else has this problem. Every single other channel works fine even BBC HD.

Anyone got any ideas what it might be.

It would be very strange to lose just 2 channels on the same transponder, these are the channels on the same transponder can you check these and when tuned to one (if you can) goto diagnostics and check signal strength and quality

102 BBC Two............................. 10773
105 Channel 5........................... 10773
106 BBC Three........................... 10773
107 BBC Four............................ 10773
600 CBBC................................ 10773
601 CBeebies............................ 10773
950 BBC 1 London........................ 10773
957 BBC 1 NI............................ 10773

Post what you find.

Is that not the message you get when they are not transmitting?

BBC3 and BBC4 do not start broadcasting until 7 p.m.

I think you may have hit the nail on the head. I'll check again at 7pm. Signal strength seems fine. Not the most intuitive message ever. Thanks.

yup, if i do a scan for bb3 and 4 pre 7pm i get nothing...they'll be fine post 7pm
