Last evening whilst watching HD from my Humax box a pop up message came up telling me to disable Analogue HD output. I ignored it but it came back again later. This happened on the BBC and ITV HD.
I can't remember the exact message but it said something about the broadcaster enabling the message.
In the end I went into the Humax menu and disabled it.

Anybody have anything similar?

Sounds like a flag has been set to prevent recording of HD content now at there are component input recorders (such as the pc add on by Hauppauge).

I take it your using component over hdmi, if connected by hdmi you should have no trouble. to get round the problem with component watch in non freesat mode then the message will not appear.
