Best Freesat TV?

I live in an area where we have a communal dish. I currently watch the Sky version of free digital tv (digibox off ebay, £20 card etc.) but I would like to buy a new tv and take advantage of HD etc. via the new Freesat. We cannot receive Freeview at present.

I would prefer a tv with Freesat built in to avoid having so many bits of equipment attached to the telly!

Is Panasonic the only maker of televisions with built in Freesat? I would like some sort of choice. Or would I be better off with an HD LCD tv and separate Freesat box?

I am by no means technically gifted!
