HUMAX HDCI-2000 HD Freesat Set Top Box

Hi Guys

I've just been having a look around at the Freesat updates and remembered I had an intresting email from a Humax Trade contact i have, they sent me to this link:

Lot of money for a STB, can anyone recomend the unit as i'd like to have first access to BBC HD.. it's been around for a while so someone must have one.

I'd wait for the genuine Freesat box, not only will it get the same channels (well a HD Freesat box anyway) but also have a proper EPG and interactive functions.

If it was only BBC HD you wanted then there have been suitable boxes out of a couple of years, the PACE box has been on ebay for under £70 and I believe one of the Humax boxes is currently listed at £123.

Right yeah I guess you are right.. just with the site now saying Freesat and Freesate HD I wondered if it had been updated.
