Problem updating to V.4.6 media server bundle

I have two humax foxsat boxes and so far I have had no trouble with the various updates. I have updated the newer of the two boxes from 4.04 to v. 4.06 ok but the other box seems to be stuck on V 4.04 and will not update. I have several usb sticks and have been lucky as all of them have been accepted by the Humax so I think that a possible problem there has been eliminated. I have also tried pulling out the mains plug and rebooting......any ideas anyone?
