Anyone heard if there is an update available for this piece of junk through the RS232 plug.It has been stuck in standby since Harvard destroyed it last year,so obviously it can't upgrade itself with any over air updates.It is a total waste of time talking to the planks at Harvard,as all they seem to be interested in is asking for money,as it is out of warranty.They haven't even answered a recent email.(Won't be buying any of their rubbish in future).Any help would be most welcome.
