Hi,

I've a brand new Grundig GUFSDTR500HD, which seems to work fine in all respects except that I cannot display the TV guide. Essentially, pressing "Guide" on the remote does nothing (neither does "CH List" that matter).

Any ideas? I thought it might be the physical "Guide" button on the remote, but the fact that "CH List" doesn't do anything either leads me to believe it must be a different issue.

Can only suggest trying First Time Install again - but if no joy, consider taking it back & exchanging it.
