Hi there I'm looking at having freesat multiroom installed from either comet or maplin. Maplin provide a dish but I think it's one of those butt ugly ones however I have an unused old sky minidish (10 years old with one lnb) available to use.

Would my 10 year old dish be Suitable for 3 freesat points?

I was just wondering if anyone has had a good multiroom
installation from comet or maplin, both charge £159 but maplin do provide a dish as mentioned, alternatively if anyone knows any good installers in the Leicestershire area I'll look into it.

Not sure about installations by either as mine was done by Sky. However if you already have a dish, you may as well use that. An quad LNB upgrade will most likely been needed, to provide all 3 boxes and coax cable will need to be run to each box
