Best dish&quad lnb

Sorry got the 1st one wrong.Ilive in sw France and have Humax hd freesat box.Ineed to know the best dish and quad lnb for best reception.Thank you in anticipation.

The closer you get to the Spanish border, the more likely it is that you'll need a 90cm dish for reliable reception. Choice of LNB is irrelevant until you need a dish of 2m diameter or more.

The Triax TD88 85cm solid steel dish is pretty good.

Thank you for your reply.If the lnb does not really matter,why sometimes the big diff. in price.Also is an elliptical dish any benefit.Thanks again.

There's very little difference in price between quad-output LNBs with 40mm neck.
All offset-focus dishes are elliptical. All prime-focus dishes are circular. Take some time to search those terms and read about them.
