For some reason I lose BBC1 South reception around 6 o'clock each evening.
Its ok jurying the daytime.
Any ideas an one.

Have you tried another bbc1 channel there are several !

and have you checked your reception signal just in case.

Actually I've just realised the lose of BBC1 South only occurs when the humax is in recording mode.
Very strange.

How many cables are you using ? If only 1 (or the hdr thinks you have only 1) then recording from any channels in other other than low band vertical will mean you can't watch BBC 1 South. BBC 1 950, 960 and 964 should still be viewable.

If you have two cables something's wrong, may be you added the second cable after installing with one. If so you need to do a factory reset
