I've been holding back on buying a pvr freesat receiver. I read somewhere that there likely to be new models from some manufacturers inc Humax around beginning of Nov (hence the recent wave of Freesat adverts.
I see there has been a software upgrade to the Humax.

Anyone in the know who thinks I should wait a month or so to see what happens?

There definitely won't be any new Humax Freesat models in that timeframe.
