I'm hoping Spurs bring in a few young Germans now Freund is back at the Lane. He should have the inside connections to snag a few

There's a rumour floating around that we're in for Muller of Bayern Munich.

Yes, it seems that he may be available....after all they've made some astute forward signings. Let the scramble begin!

He'd probably scare them into signing for the club!

Eugh, hope there is no truth in the Cavani reports, if you think Drogba has problems staying on his feet, you ain't seen nothing. The guy has some skill although annoys me.

I don't think we need another striker TBH
Lets play possession football with one striker or even no striker.
Also lets give some of the young guns, like Lukaku, a chance.

He should invite his mate Soundburst to the show too!

On a separate note, Cech has been saying how well De Bruyn has been settling down along with the other newcomers. Bodes well.

Cavani is in the olympic squad with Suarez so you guys can watch 2 of the hottest properties in Europe play together. (they are dynamite together them 2)
There are some strong teams in the olympics brazil look decent to neymar pato and hulk up front.
Could be some decent games coming up brazil vs Uruguay I believe is at the millennium stadium.
Be well worth it if you can somehow get a ticket.
(edit they don't play must of heard someone say next round if all goes to plan GBR play Uruguay in Cardiff )

Tickets for the footy in Cardiff are still available as far as I know. I had a look the other day. Can't see any if them being sell outs.

Mate, it's your naive comments that invite me, I don't need to invite anyone else!

Like you, I hope Chelsea give their young players a chance. But Chelsea aren't exactly known for their patience are they?

I still hope I'm wrong, and I suspect that whilst Abramovic must have been delighted to have won the Champions league, winning it in the fashion he did, with a bunch of aged bumbling stars getting over the line with plenty of luck, wasn't what he had in mind.

I think he wants to build an exciting attacking young team, so let's hope he gives the young players a chance to screw up a little and be inconsistent, like most young players will be, before that happens.

I'm not gonna hold my breath though...
