I see Ki has been ruled out the rest of the season now, Twardzik got injured last night in the under 19's final so he's out for two weeks. Added to Forrest being out then it'll need a bit of a change to the midfield on Sunday.

Not sure Lennon will try the 3-5-2 from Sunday this weekend, probably be back to 4-4-2.

Yip, go back to 4-4-2. I'd like to see a midfield of Brown, Wanyama, Ledley and Samaras.
Back 4 of Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izzaguere.
Hooper n Stokes up top.

Options on either side with Paddy and Commons on the bench.

Dead rubber of a game, I'd go 4-5-1 or 4-4-2. McCulloch to bully the centre backs and the signing of the season Aluko to score from a flick on.

Ally McCoist demanding the names of the independent SFA body, I wonder why?

Think it's a fair question given the consequences of their actions. He's talking about going to the 3rd division, but that sounds a bit drastic.

Rangers in crisis: Ally McCoist demands to know the identity of the panel who sanctioned transfer ban - The Daily Record

If that was Lennon, he would be hammered, hopefully fairplay and impartiality will be applied to McCoist in this instance.

How many times has Lennon been 'seeking clarification' on something? Lennon was let off with a paltry ban for his actions recently, he can have no complaints.

Again, a Rangers fan bringing Lennon into something that's SFA to do with him

When Lennon has overstepped the mark, he's been summoned to the SFA and banned.

The main reason why Lennon was let off lightly was because the Linesman and the Ref couldn't get their "story" straight, as to the SFA stating that Lenny served a 45 minute ban at the time of the game

McCoist should be asked to explain himself by the SFA or he's getting treated differently from Stuart McCall, Jim McIntyre, Terry Butcher or Neil Lennon this season

You said 'if that was Lennon' so it was you who brought him into this, not me. Ally has every right to know who is trying to put him out a job.

He only has to ask Andrew Dickson (Head of Football Admin at Rangers) who the three people were

Is McCoist incapable of sending an email or lifting the phone to a colleague?

Or is there something more sinister in his outburst?

The only sinister thing is the punishment. Wanting to know who is on the panel is a fair question.

The whole world doesn't revolve around Celtic. If the leaked 3 panel members are true then it is oly fair they are asked how they came to these decisions.

But McCoist only has to phone his colleague to find out their names, not try and out them in public for nefarious reasons

Rangers broke the rules that they agreed to sign up to as members of the SFA, they where found guilty by an independent tribunal and where given punishments in line with the sanctions allowable under the membership rules of the SPL

Instead of crying to the press about it and trying to rile up the Rangers support, McCoist should take this chance to show his managerial mettle and show he has the strength of character to wear the brown brogues of dignity at Ibrox

At least the new ref can't send Lenny to the stand again or tell lies in his match report

It's hardly nefarious to want to know and the support to know and the investors to know who these people are. Greater SFA transparency is what is needed, even if they are incompetent. The punishment is unprecedented and should be challenged and is being challenged.

Does it matter who they are or what they do to reach a decision? As far as we are told there is a pool of 100 individuals who get chosen from. Courts don't quiz jury members if they don't like a decision nor do they get details of their name/profession.

Rather than asking the personal details all they should be asking for is how did they come to their decision based on the information. And why those particular punishments were chosen. Wasn't it said the SFA would be issuing a written summary of the decisions as part of the process?

Back to the actual topic then:
I'm suprised Murray was chosen again as didn't he do the last game? I didn't think you got the same fixture twice in a row.

I'd hazard a guess that he was the best of the refs who had not already been assigned to games at the weekend.

Does seem a bit strange having the same ref for the same fixture twice in a row but I guess they were left with little option.

PFA Scotland manager of the year award shortlist: Neil Lennon, Stuart McCall and Derek Adams.

Personally, i would go for Derek Adams for getting Ross County from relegation struggler's to Division 1 champions in one season, man has worked miracles.

Well it obviously does matter as it is an unprecedented decision that will have a bearing on multi million pound deals and many jobs. It isn't a court of law either so that has no relevance.

As for the referee I guess the rest were already spoken for or it went to the next highest qualified after the late pull out.

Kenny Shiels has done well too, not many smaller teams win a cup without conceding a goal. Lennon winning it wouldn't be appropriate, the title was handed to him and the cups were blown spectacularly. I'd say Adams first and McCall second.

Lennon by far manager of the season. With the exception of the Scottish this season he has competed in every major competition till the finish.
He was a half away from the sack/jacking it this season and turned the league on it's head with 17 consecutive wins.

But, it will go to Adams.....

Dundee were under a transfer embargo because they were in administration, just as Rangers have been since 14 February. Their embargo was only lifted once the administrator had left. Same way that has happened for all the previous clubs in administration.

They had no extra registration ban and neither has anyone else, apart from Rangers of course.

If Lennon did the treble he'd have got it or won at Ibrox to win the title. But he didn't. Adams or McCall or even Shiels are more worthy.

And the inevitable has started, Sally greets about wanting to know who this 3 man panel is. Internet witch hunt begins and 3 have received threats.

Next it will be pitch forks and burning torches....

Whoever these folk actually are, really need to find something better to do with their time. It's bloody pathetic. Yes, you may disagree with the decision these people have come to but it is absolutely no excuse to threaten or abuse them.

On another note, i see that Islam Feruz became the youngest ever scotland u-21 player in history. Despite the 4-1 loss to Italy, it looks like a good batch of players coming through. Very promising.
