If you check out the sticky in the HTPC forum it'll explain a bit more...PB-TV100 from pcworld is a card based on the phillips 7130 chip and is pretty good ..(i have that one) and i believe the 7134 chip has the extra nicam and and the fm tuner. should be a good card.....but wont really know until someone gets one.

Tv Tuner Card

Can the Medion PV Tv Tuner Card be fitted to all computers (including laptops)? and is it easy connect up, or is it advisable to get someone with technical competance to do it?

Cheers

err how on earth can you fit a PCI card into a laptop????

It'll fit into PC's with a spare PCI slot.. switch the PC off. Remove the case.. remove the blanking plate. Slot the card in. Screw in the screw over the blanking plate.. put case back on, switch PC on.. install drivers.
