Electrohome Marquee 7500 with new tubes

As featured on a Realife Article on this site.

This unit was re-tubed by Christie UK (not reconditioned tubes but real, new original spec) and has only about 100-200hrs on the new tubes. It can be shown working in South East area. Client upgraded to 9" LiquidCoupled unit.

It's an 8" ElectroMagnetic Focus CRT projector. Very High Quality. I guess its main competitor in the market would have been Barco808's.

It has 16:9 mod and a Tim Martin quiet fan mod as well.

Needs to go so special price of £2750 (which is less than half the cost of the re-tubing from Christie)

What would shipping to Sweden cost?
What is the biggest differenses to the Marquee 8500 and does it have liquid coupling?
I´ve had two Barco 808(Graphics and Data-s), how does this one compere to the BarcoGraphics 808, have you ever seen them side by side? I´m intrested, but i´m a little concerned about the shipping and how much it would cost. I´ll make an offer of 2000£ on it.

Mark: It's near READING. If you email me I'll put you in touch with the keeper of the PJ.

Huhta: I am not in a position to sell it out of UK sorry. It is the model below the 8500 so it doesn't have some of the set up that an 8500 has. The LC models are the ones with Liquid Coupled lenses so this is an air coupled unit like an808.

It was competitor to 808 and uses the same tubes I believe. Although probably with slight changes to work with the Electrohome end stages etc.

Reading is about 20 miles west of London. If I can drive in Paris then I am sure you can drive in London
