Ordered one of these and the condition it arrived in was terrible. There were scratches all over the screen.

Absolute joke, I don't know how they can claim it is Grade A, it's more like Grade Z. It also had a load of files on it so clearly no one bothered to check it before they sent it to me.

Turning out to be a right hassle trying to get a refund from this usless outfit.
