I'm pretty sure it won't as the Panansonic may not be VESA 100 compatible. You may be able to get an adaptor plate though :-

Not tried it with the HD65 myself but it is Universal to fit virtually every projector. Any problems and you can return it. If anyone else can confirm I would appreciate it
