Just had a phone call from my local dealer to say my set is in.
Issue is that I received one of these pre-xmas.

Price is £3k if anyone wants to deal with them (same price they quoted me)

This isn't going in classifides cos its not me selling, i just thought I'd post as a few people are looking at these sets

Its in stock and I would imagine they'd deliver (for a fee)

im interested as i am about to purchase one. who is your local dealer and how much is a stand, does it it include the 5 yr warranty.

Yes it'll come with the 5 year warranty as it was ordered whilst the promotion was being run.

Cheers for that....failing to see the relevance of your comments to my post. It's aimed at people who want an LX508 at a good price not to start a debate on upcoming rival products (of which there is already plenty of threads).

It might not be a good price, if Pioneer drop their pricing in the next two months - it was meant to be a note of caution suggesting that Pioneer may soon have to compete a little bit more.

As its stands it's a very good price.

Just to point out here, this will be done purely through the dealer not me as an intermidary.
Good price, be a shame to see it go to waste by them charging someone else higher.
