HD EP30 - £197 delivered

I found this deal over at dvd forums, the Toshiba HD EP30 HDDVD player for £197 including VAT and delivery at cheapelectricals.co.uk, which is the cheapest i've spotted so far

And as an added bonus, their product description states that it comes with 7 HD DVD's (well it says dvd's but we know what it means) and the product details state that there are two titles in the box and 5 available from Toshiba, plus their T&C's state that all their products are UK stock, which is a lot less ambiguous than everywhere else.

oh, just to add, i emailed the supplier and Toshiba to check they were an authorised Toshiba reseller and i would definitely get the 5 free discs from toshiba.

from the supplier:

Kind Regards

From Toshiba:

Re: HD EP30 - £199 delivered (was Re: HD EP30 - £197 delivered)

I've been thinking about taking the plunge into HD with this unit for a while, and with last week's overtime I can probably manage it.

As Marc's post is a few weeks old now, I thought I'd better check that this is still the best deal out there.

Also, has anyone dealt with this company before? Any ideas about delivery times, etc.?

Price is now up to £199 delivered. If a mod could change the thread title, I'd appreciate it.

Cheers,

Andy
