Yes a good deal.
I ordred one 4 weeks ago and they were out of stock then, looks like still they are on order. Hopefully these will be in stock soon.

I ordered the QED AV2110 (1m) before Christmas, and still awaiting delivery They also have the QED AV4110 which is a 1m RGB only directional scart for £32.76 + £2.99 del which is a sale price. A fair bit cheaper than anywhere else I have seen it. Cheers, Chris.

I ordered a QED 4110 back in (what feels like) June '95 from Empire Direct and I'm still waiting for it. All the money I saved in the price has been spent on hold to their customer services. Won't be using them again. Ignorant company who don' t deserve my custom.

I ordered mine last week and received them both yesterday, Seems pretty good to me but I have heard that Empire can be a little slack with their customer services.

What was your order number- I would like to use you as an example if I may? I too have been waiting weeks , actually now 2 months and still nothing. Originally was told 2 weeks till they got them and then it became a month and recently when I rang them they had NO DATE !!!

I think they wait until they get enough of a huge order and then order them cheaply from the supplier. I can't believe there's a shortage !!!!!

Once and if I ever get this I won't be ordering from them unless it is in stock and the minute that changes I, and I suggest everyone else, cancel the order so they get the MESSAGE !!!

My order ref was 232137.

I've since cancelled my order and the money has been refunded to my account. I spoke to 5 different customer service operators and didn't receive a single apology. Hope you get somewhere with your complaint - I urge others to join the gang!

I'll have a look for you, but I think I've already thrown all the packaging away.

Hello. My AV2110 arrived yesterday, after a three week wait! I would suggest that anyone who wants to complain e-mail this guy
rmucha@empiredirect.co.uk He's their main sales guy. Keep on mailing with your contact details and hopefully someone will call. It worked for me. Cheers, Chris.

Don't know the reference sorry. This was sent out urgently due to them losing the original in the Christmas Post!!! I was told last week that they were out of stock until Feb, and then this one arrived recorded delivery without a reference. Cheers, Chris.
