Was looking at the white cx300's on amazon but they're sold through "mymemory.com" or something like that - anyone ordered anything from them? Reliable?

Received my phones today from Amazon marketplace & they seem ok to me. The packaging is identical to those on sale in currys for £40. The appearance is exactly the same aswell & they've got the asymmetrical cable so if they are copies they're bloody good ones. Obviously no way to know for sure without listening to another pair but they seem fine to me.

there is a whole guide on how to spot fakes check the cable lengths match the pdf spec sheet

I got mine from marketplace (in black) but if you want to be 100% sure of what you're getting pay the extra couple of quid for the ones despatched directly by amazon.

I bought a pair of CX300 a few weeks ago directly from Amazon. Originally I was going to buy a pair from an auction site, but I found that some buyers reported fake ones in the sellers' feedbacks.

I am using the CX300 with my Ipod nano because the original Apple earphones kept falling out of my ears. The CX300 is comfortable and sounds very good, except the bass is lighter than the Apple earphones.

These are much better than the standard ipod and the more expensive earbud ipod ones. These are very comfortable but I have never had headphones that retail at £40 before!
