PTAE500 /L500U projector £587.49!!!

Ebuyer have the Panasonic l500U (aka the ptae500) for just £587.49 - have just received mine from the couriers - its brand new and a bloomin great bargin imo...

Hi m8, how does the 3yr warranty work, also seems to be a bit of difference on ebuyer, (not uncommon, lol) but it says 1024x768 then it says 1280x720 is this defo a AE500 ?

dunno bout the 3 year wty part - the info all sugests its just panny's normal 1 year one.

As for the projector the specs they quote in the headline are completely wrong - its a standard ptae500 /L500U 1280 720, i know cos mine arrived yesterday.

Only complaint would be that it came with the wrong power cable - a standard IEC one instead of the neccessary clover leaf type one..., but i dont mind paying 2.99 for a new cable when the pj is that price

does the prj cope OK with progressive scan input ?
