I have a brand new current gen Ipod Shuffle for sale, 4gb and Black/Grey.
This was an unwanted gift as I already have a 60gb ipod and a Touch.

Has been opened to ensure all contents are there, and am looking for £45 delivery included @ Special Delivery Next Day (not saturdays) to help avoid probs with Post Strikes etc

Will ship 1st or 2nd class at cost if required - will remove £5 the above price then add the postage at cost, but will not be responsible for the full amount if it goes missing post - will refund the max fee that RM will refund under the certificate of postage regs.

I can accept this, but want to say a couple of things first, to give you chance to pull out, as I want to be 100% honest.

There is a little scratch on the clip - never been used, so there from manufacture. The clip is the shiny stainless steel like the back of the ipods and touches. I just wanted to be 100% clear on that - I hadn't looked until just now, but again want to be 100% honest withy ou.

Warranty fed in as giving this amount of warranty left:

Repairs and Service Coverage: Active
Your product is covered for eligible hardware repairs and service under Apple's Limited Warranty.
Expires: March 29, 2010

This was a gift in May, so the warranty period is consistent.

Let me know before 3 if you can, and I'll get it out today

ah, if its not completely mint condition i'm not interested. if it was like that when you bought it i suggest you return it.

No problem - I'd rather be 100% honest now than have disagreements afterwards. I shall post a pic of it on here for others to see.

I can't really return is as it was a gift. I did unseal it to check everything was there, as my touch was also brand new, but missing the headphones when I had it!
