Comes complete with obviously the remote control, base unit and UK mains charger. Boxed with all instructions etc

Hardly used as i just used the standard remotes for each equipment. Its just sat on charge so i have decided to sell it

not sure what you mean about "issues" as i dont know what the all the common problems are.

The only problem i know about with these remotes is that you need a small "weight" at the charging end so the points make contact..this is the same case with this one

The old charger was replaced by Logitech about a year ago under warrenty so no issues with the charger / charging...ie once turned on and connected to the base - it charges. The remote screen...errr it works with not dead lines etc - If i need to look at something for you then just say

If you can elaborate on what issues you are on about then i can give you a definate answer but as a general answer then there are no issues

here are the pics

There a few scratches on the charger at the corner that i have pictured and one very small one on the remote - about 3-4cm long on the side..i could not even get the camera to focus on it!!

For a remote around 2yrs old i could class this as in extremely good condition.
