As per title, in good condition which the usual surface marks on the back. Screen is in excellent condition and has no obvious marks.

The iPod comes with brand new earphones and the USB sync cable. I don't have the original box but have my old iPhone box which will used for shipping instead. The iPod is also under warranty for 2-3 weeks or so and recently was updated to the latest firmware 3.1.1.
