Make it £40 and you have a deal. No receipt and I'm not aware of whether any such proof of authenticity exists. Trading Standards usually get a rep from B & O for these sorts of things! There are way of telling fakes and the net is littered with posts that tell you how. These are completely genuine and I am prepared to guarantee that and give you your money back if there are any issues with their authenticity.

Bought from B&O shop. Selling has I have bought some expensive Shures and some Sennheiser Sports for the gym. B&O's not really suitable for wearing whilst running etc

An Audiophile shop won't have a clue. Best if you go to a B&O dealer if you have concerns. In fact if you have concerns now you'd best not proceed. I've got 100% feedback here and I'm not going to ruin that for the sake of a sale of some earphones. I want the buyer to be completely happy and personally I'd avoid a seller if I wasn't sure about the provinence of something I was about to buy from him. It sounds like you have reservations already!
