Wanted : Archos 705 80 gb for 100 quid

Hi

As the title says really. I'm about to get one of these from Play for £140 for use in the gym each morning whilst sat on the dreary cycling machine.

However, I'd rather pay £100 for a used one if anyone wants to get rid of one?

Can pay, PP (not gift), cheque or BT or probably any other method.

Anyone?

Thanks

RDB

Hi, as stated your looking for "Archos 705 80 gb for 100 quid" or a new one from play.com for £140,

But how about a boxed as new in mint condition 705 160gb (with the usual, headphones, USB 2.0 cable, USB 2.0 host adapter,
DVR Station saddle, 2 styli, remote control with the built in keyboard, power adapter/charger, Remote Control, protective pouch).

Napa leather case, screen protector, extra battery, 2 extra stylus pens and most importantly the 3 main plugins
cinema, video podcast, and web browser.

Hi that sounds like a good deal.

However, I don't really want to pay a premium for the 160 over the 80 gig as my needs and use of the machine will be quite basic, ie. I'll just be loading it with a few AVI's now and then for half an hour's use each day.

The station might be quite useful to me though so would you be willing to accept £130 posted to Aberdeen. I don't want to go any higher than that and understand if you don't fancy this offer as it's a good package you've got there.

Thanks

RDB

Re: Wanted : Archos 705 80 gb for 100 quid

Hi rock da bass.
thanks for your offer.
and i understand it's a bit much for your needs, but i just could not accept anything lower than
£150 as i bought it with the extra's from brand new at a cost of £400+ to my self, i understand that they have come down in price now and my price reflects that and i feel like i'm allready giving it away at this price.sorry i'm ranting on.
as you said really good deal. anyway i'll put on here for sale hopefully i should get what i'm asking for it.

thanks mat1980uk.

Okay mate thanks for the original offer

It's a cracking deal but just a bit overspecced for my needs.

If anyone with an 80gig wants an easy way to trade up to a 160gig with all the bells and whistles perhaps we could arrange some kind of 3 way thing (oo-er missus ) if you'd be willing, ie sell their 80gig to me for £100 and put the money towards buying the 160gig off you.

In any case I'm still looking for an 80gig for £100 if anyone's wanting to offload their's.

Cheers

RDB

Hi

I've no idea how much postage will be, but wouldn't think it will be horrendously expensive.

Bog standard 2nd class post will be fine. I'll cover the full cost if you can work out what it'd be.

Please PM your payment details and total cost including postage and I'll arrange payment.

My preferred method would be to send you a cheque and you can send the Archos once payment has cleared. However, I'm flexible and can probably pay by whatever method you prefer.

Thanks
