Please be advised, all buyers and sellers should satisfy themselves that the other party is genuine by providing the following via PM to each other after negotiations are complete and prior to dispatching goods and making payment:

1) Landline telephone number. Make a call to check out the area code and number are correct too!
2) Name and address including postcode
3) Valid e-mail address (no disposable addresses such as @gmail or @yahoo for example).

DO NOT proceed with a deal until you are completely satisfied with all details being correct. It's in your best interest to check out these details yourself.

Also we advise that the vendor post images of the items for sale. This helps your sale by showing the condition of the goods prior to dispatch.

Re: For Sale : faulty power module

If it's a Thomson Sky+HD box with component video connections (these are red, blue and green and these three sockets are in a vertical line of three) and you still have the original faulty power unit to go with the box, then I'd be interested. However, we would need to agree a price.

I'm retired and I've successfully mended four of these thus far and now regard it as a bit of a hobby.

I can also collect it at a mutually convenient time because I live not too far away from you.

Hope that helps.

Re: For Sale : faulty power module

Hi Mitman

I've left a message on your voice mail with my phone number and also sent you a PM on here for you to phone me with your details and arrange for me to come and collect. I'm thinking today, Tuesday 23rd, around 6pm if that's OK with you. Regards B

Re: For Sale : faulty power module

Begonia, that is interesting post because the seller messaged me last night and he also posted on thread at 22:03 so the both of you have clearly been conducting a lot of off-forum discussion
