E-book help

I've been considering a e-book for quite some time, mainly due to their practicality. I was wondering if anyone could help me and suggest a good quality manufacturer for a good price?

Thanks.

Re: E-book help

It depends on how much you want to spend and the use for it.

I just received my Kindle2 and find it to be by far the best ebook reader I have ever used and the free wireless abroad is a great bonus.

Re: E-book help

Only a few manufacturers of any note to be honest.

Play have all the Sony readers listed here

Play.com (UK) - Electronics - Free Delivery - E-Reader

One thing to note is file compatiblity with the new .epub standard which is the open standard for e-books meaning you are free to buy books from any reseller if the support it ( Waterstones, WHSmiths, Borders to date), not just tied into one. So make sure any device supports this.
