Advice on buying an appropriate DVD Recorder

Hi, Video broke last month and DVD player died this week. I would like to buy one system which does the following:

- DVD player/recorder (most formats)
- 160gb minimum HD
- Tuner (analogue as very poor freeview signal in my area)
- Connect to Sky set top box (I have non-subscription Sky free-sat)
- Record from freesat sky whilst watching Terrestrial and visa-versa - as my video used to do
- EPG (would be nice)
- Pause live TV (would be nice)
- sub £200, but will stretch over if there is nothing under or quality dictates.

Could anyone suggest a decent DVD Recorder at a decent price which will allow these functions.

thanks in advance.
