Best budget HDD/DVD recorder?

Does anyone have a view on the best budget HDD/DVD recorder under £200 ( internet ).
I have a criteria list

1. At least 160 gig

2. Pause and rewind live TV ( from Sky scart )

3. Save live pause permanently to HDD

4. Cut unwanted parts of recordings on HDD

5. Multiregion capable

6. Preferably -R/RW recording

The Daewoo DRH 8100P seems good but manual doesn't state whether HDD recordings can be cut.

Any opinions welcome, cheers.
